-Very quiet apartment with WI FI FIBER (199mbps/20down) -Open door free and safe parking in front or behind. -Just outside of the old town main gate: about 400mt.far (5-10 minutes walking uphill) or at about 250mt.(2-5 minutes walking) to the shuttle bus. -Less than5 minutes walking to supermarkets,bars and restaurants. -Appartamento tranquillo con super wifi fibra -A circa 400 mt.dal centro storico e 250mt dalla navetta, facile da raggiungere con mezzi e parcheggio privato sicuro all' aperto. This is my loved house wherein I was born and grew up, so I have put heart on ;-) -Cozy and Classic family 85 sqmt apartment in Montepulciano, outside of the city wall and thus convenient because close to the old town yet very easy to arrive, park and avoid noise and traffic. -Near the old town (at about 400mt walk or 5-10minutes uphill to the main old gate); -Very close to the shuttle bus (around 250mt or 2-5minutes walking) -Very easy to move to discover all the around beauties. -This apartment has a full classic style bedroom with iron double bed and large wardrobe. -It has also a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed with small double bed size and desk under request for more than 2 guests. -One toilette with shower in bathtub; -1 living room with sofa-bed, Smart Monitor (Netflix,Youtube...NO RAI), classic style working table with very comfortable chairs -1 living room with sofà chairs, small tv, kitchen table -1 Full equipped kitchen -2 balconies. -Free, safe and private condominial open door parking. It is a very comfortable apartment that leaves serenity and peace, also the neighbourhood is super nice. ITA: - Appartamento classico familiare di 85 mq , anni 80 a circa 400mt o 5-10 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro storico -Navetta e Supermercato Conad,Bar pizzeria e ristorante a circa 250 mt o 2-4 minuti a piedi in salita. -1 Camera da letto classico con letto matrimoniale e guardaroba ampio; -1 Cameretta con divano letto e scrivania sotto richiesta da approvare per più di 2 persone; -1 Studio/salone con scrivania da lavoro ampia, divano letto e smart monitor (netflix, youtube ecc; no RAI); - 1 Salone con poltrone, caminetto e tavolo da pranzo; -1 Cucina completa -2 balconicini -Parcheggio gratuito privato condominiale all'aperto. Guest access The whole apartment, except the smaller bedroom, if a couple/2 persons. Available upon request, the smaller bedroom if not more than 2 people. If you need to sleep separately you can easily use the living room sofa bed or under special request the second smaller room with a sofa bed. Only the bedroom will be closed for booking for 2 people. If you want to sleep separately, the sofa bed in the living room can be used or the use of the bedroom can be considered upon request to be approved. -There is also a free private garage for small size cars or motorbikes but only under request in advance. - There is also a private condominium garage for small cars or cars but upon special request. Other things to note -Please, notice this is classic family style, normal, very quiet, easy going apartment. Very cozy but there are no luxury or very modern/new styles but some familiar wood furniture in Tuscan old style and 80s style used by my family in the years. All is well cleaned but some furniture are used. -You will find new and fresh linen when you arrive but as for the law cannot provide change and service and cleaning during your stay. -The free and safe car parking is just in front or behind the apartment. There is also a private shared garage for small cars or motorbike but only under previous request to be approved. -Placed at the first floor so there is a short stair with few steps. -Some little parts of the wardrobes can be closed as I can keep lines or personal items. -City tax of 2 euro per adult per night for the first 7 nights applies, . After 7 nights not applicable. -As required by the Italian law documents must be shown and signed a short term rental contract (very easy, no worry ;-) ). -Family classic apartment with some poor Tuscan art furniture of taste and cozy and 80s style, used by my family over the years. - I can't provide changes and cleaning during the stay. - Free and safe parking in front of the apartment. -Bed on the first floor and climb with simple stairs (about 10 steps) - Shared and free private garage but only after request in advance and subject to approval. - Tourist tax of 2 euros per night per adult up to 7 nights (from the seventh day it does not apply). - As required by law, it is necessary to show the documents and sign a short stay contract (don't worry, everything according to the law and normal) - There are also some personal things like books and other things.
