Feeling hungry? We provide a few breakfast items for you, such as pancake mix, snacks, and coffee! Feel free to take or leave any unopened food items in the cabinet for other guests to enjoy :) You can find a mix n’ match toiletry basket in the bathroom in case you may have forgotten something. Ear plugs can also be found here. On top of that, we also provide a washer and dryer in the unit too! How convenient is that! This condo is completely private and yours only. We provide high speed wifi and for electronics, we have a smart TV with a blueray DVD player. You can also use the washer and dryer in the unit, with all of the essentials in the entry way closet. I’m available to answer any questions, make recommendations, and make sure you're comfortable, both before and during your stay. I love Omaha and want to make sure you have the best trip possible. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a filled refrigerator to arranging a personal chef to cook for you in the house, dinner reservations at one of our upscale restaurant, etc. This is the perfect location, you're in the heart of Omaha's famous Old Market! With cobblestone streets and lamps, lovely restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, nightlife entertainment, and wine bars, it has everything you could ask for. It borders the river with just a park between the Old Market and the river, and is a very historic part of Omaha. The newly Gene Leahy Mall is just one block from the condos! This park has a little bit for every person, such as a dog park, kids park, famous "big slides," hammocks, grills / bonfire pits, rocking outdoor benches, picnic tables, games like ping pong, etc. This place has it all and lucky for you, you get to see it live in person- the park just launched as of July 2022. Other Great Highlights of the Surrounding Neighborhoods to Explore: • Midtown Crossing: Omaha's modern neighborhood with upscale restaurants, a great park where they host live music/events, and a dine-in movie theater. • Aksarben Village: It features a great movie theater, lots of unique restaurants & coffee shops, as well as a couple lounges and shopping areas. • Benson: Trendy urban art & bar district of Omaha, famous for their First Friday bar crawl on the first Friday of every month. Cheap bars, lots of artists, and plenty of hipsters. Old Market is the only area in Omaha where you won’t need a car to get around. Everything here is within walking distance; restaurants, bars, a corner store with groceries, etc. We provide parking for one car in the attached parking garage. For guests who have more than one car, the Landmark Parking Garage has some pretty affordable rates compared to other parking alternatives (inquire directly) Being centrally located in Old Market, there's sometimes potential for nightlife noise. Each condo has ear plugs for anyone who's a light sleeper. Each bed has a white noise machine on the nightstand, as well as a fan, to ensure quality sleep for our guests.
