This classic suite offers great natural light, a comfy queen bed, a dedicated office space, free wifi, a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. It is centrally located in old Uvalde with shopping and dining within walking distance. A couple of minutes walk to the town square, boutiques, and restaurants. 2 min drive to HEB or any other stores to get some supplies! The space Our space provides a unique atmosphere of the original Sears-Roebuck 'kit' home, featuring a large living room with a real fireplace and a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a new comfortable queen bed with soft stylish bedding. This house IS called rustic for a reason - yes, it's an old one. However everything is in good shape and functional, it has new furniture with a mix of antique pieces. Guest access You will have access to one side of the duplex home - with your own entrance, garage, and yard. You do not share any spaces with anyone. Other things to note Bringing in outside furniture is expressly prohibited. If you bring in furniture you will be fined. This is for the health and safety of the house.\
