*Not a party house* Please read house rules before submitting requests. The gorgeous backyard features a fire pit, patio with BBQ and outdoor dining, a gated and heated pool with waterslide and grotto. Additionally, there's a 5 hole putting green, basketball court, large grass and play areas- perfect for down time with your family and friends. Inside features a spacious, open floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. Fully equipped! The space Convenient washer and dryer in the laundry room with stocked laundry products. Pool table, poker table with game pieces, and lots of games available for use indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has baking essentials and spices, an oversized island with extra seating, gas range, and reverse osmosis drinking water system. Other things to note Our check-out tasks: -Replace any furniture you moved. Our cleaning crew is not able to move heavy items back to where they belong.  -Wash white towels with bleach if you have time to get them to the dryer before leaving. -Take the trash to the bins. If you check out on a bin day (see above instructions), please take them out to the curb. -Start the dishwasher with the dirty dishes. -Double check that you have all of your belongings and are logged out of TVs before locking all the doors.
