Lovely one bedroom home with wood burner and small back garden. A short walk to the centre of Totnes ( 10 mins), and close to the beautiful Dartington estate and the river Dart. The house comes with two super friendly cats who come and go as they please, all they ask for is a bowl of biscuits each day. This is a lived in home which you will have to yourself, its comfortable and easy, but if your looking for plush or lux its not for you. The space With it’s ideal for a single person. There’s a bathroom and shower with bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. Wooden floorboards and wood burner in the sitting room and a nice little back garden to hang out in. Plenty of easy parking right outside the house. The kitchen has a large electric oven and gas stove and a little table to eat at. Also a washing machine your welcome to use. There’s a really good general stores just round the corner. Comes with a cat and dog. Both friendly. I live here and work away from home somedays and at home other days. Guest access Guests welcome to make themselves at home. Other things to note The house comes with two resident cats who are super chilled and friendly and independent. I just ask that they are fed and watered, and I will leave food for them.
