Safe Haven BnB Wamena Bedroom

This room features a Queen bed, desk, outside window. Private full bath with skylight across the hall. Access to the dining room, TV room and patio.. Off street parking and free wifi available. The space Safe Haven is a place for travelers to rest, relax, repair, rehab, and retool. We usually host missionaries on furlough, but have availability for other travelers too. We are a safe place to stay for a night or a week. We are close [12 min by car] to Portland, OR 2 min off I5. We are close to the city, but not in it, convenient, but not captive. There is a labyrinth just up the street for meditative time and a park down the street for walking. Public transit runs by just at the bottom of the hill. Breakfasts can be simple or amazing. Great coffee is always available. We host people from all over the world and love it! We will spoil you. WiFi, front entrance and private bath in your guest wing. During your stay If you don’t see (or hear) us, shoot John a message or text. The house is big and we get lost in it. Heck, Chitra and I even text each other! Other things to note We are an animal free, outside shoe free home. Bring your slippers or some comfy socks. . We will place coffee and breakfast items in the dining room and ask that you eat there. We are unable to allow guest access to the kitchen. Outside meals may be brought in (or delivered) and eaten at the dining table. We ask that meals not be eaten in the bedroom. We are unable to accommodate any pets or “support” animals. If you would like to enjoy the spa , bring your swimsuit. We have an ozone generator and use minimal bromine to sanitize it and so ask guests to shower thoroughly prior to entry.
