Each rental unit has three independent suites and a common area with a living room, kitchen, service area and garage (all equipped and decorated). Relax with the whole family in this unique accommodation. We accept pets.😻 Family atmosphere, pleasant and safe! We offer support for family or business tours and trips. The space This Suite has a Minibar, Air-Conditioning, TV with Netflix access, Balcony with Hammock, Electric Shower, Double Bed with Slim brand mattress, Single Bed in a separate Room inside the suite itself, Altenburg Bed Linen, Rustic Decoration, all with the highest quality and good taste. Guest access In addition to the private suite, guests have access to the living room with LED TV and access to Netflix and YouTube, sofa, table, full kitchen with microwave oven, stove, utensils, etc. We have bicycles for rent if the guest is interested in taking a ride along the waterfront. We also have a service area with a washing machine for better convenience. During your stay The guest stays independently in the condominium, however, whenever necessary we will be present and we have a collaborator during business hours.
