Description
Relax and unwind at this cozy cabin in the beauty of Northern Arizona. This peaceful cabin is secluded on 10 acres of land and located 15 minutes from the historic town of Williams and about 40 minutes to the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park. This is the perfect place to take a breath and reconnect with yourself or to create core memories with loved ones. Capture the breathtaking views from our large wrap-around deck where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset. The space When you enter the cabin you are greeted with stairs to the main living room and an entryway to the downstairs living room as well as additional rooms. This cozy cabin is a little over 1400 sq ft with a wrap-around deck totaling in about 1000 square feet which can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has french doors that will give you access to the East side of the deck where you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the outdoor sofa. At night, we recommend turning on the firepit and cozying up on the sofa to stargaze, it is truly beautiful. The upstairs living room has that mid-century feel with a tiny touch of boho chic. Enjoy the games provided that are special to us or relax on the comfy couch and watch a movie or two. The TV can be handsfree and voice-control can be utilized, but don't worry the remote can be used as well :) In the living room is the original gas fireplace along with a beautiful large wooden beam across the ceiling that gives this cabin its character. Next to the fireplace is another door that will give you access to the South side of the deck where there is a large outdoor dining option for you and your guests to break bread together and take in the sunset. The kitchen is very quaint and fully equipped with the essentials for cooking your favorite meals and making a cup of coffee or tea. While sitting on the counter, you can take in the views of Kaibab National Forest through the windows. You may access the downstairs living area from inside the cabin or outside from the stairs located on the South side of the wraparound deck. The downstairs living room sofa can turn into a comfortable bed for one person. You can also enjoy a movie or your favorite show if the upstairs TV is occupied :) Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses where we hope you can enjoy a full night's rest. As parents, we know traveling with little ones can be quite the task and it is so important to be present and enjoy this time together. We have provided a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a portable bathtub as our place only provides showers. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the entire cabin and the land. You are free to roam around the land, please note there can be cows and rabbits that enjoy the space too. We have added a tiny home to the land, it is far enough from the cabin. however, you may see other guests on the land as well. Other things to note The cabin is conveniently located near the highway and you will spend approximately 5 minutes on dirt road to get to the property. It is important to note that during the Summer, the monsoon season, the roads may be wet and muddy. During the winter when there is snowfall, it is recommended that your vehicle is a 4WD, front wheel drive or that you have chains. Cars may be able to handle the roads, but there may be a chance of it getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks can be expensive. Every room in the cabin is provided with a ceiling fan, however, the upstairs living area does not have an AC. Though it does not get scorching hot in the summer, you may open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans for good airflow. Given the location of our cabin, cell service may be limited, but wifi is available for internet connection and streaming services. As this cabin is located in nature, there is a chance that critters may be able to get in from time to time. We regularly have pest control maintaining the property, but we kindly ask that you do your best to keep the doors shut to help keep insects out. It is important to note that the winters can get very cold so please check the weather prior to your arrival and pack accordingly. When traveling during these winter months, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance as we will not be issuing refunds that excludes reasons outside of Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances policy. The cabin has a multiple space heaters to keep you toasty as well as AC units downstairs that can regulate the temperature to make you comfortable.
