Hi, I'm glad you found my charming home in one of the most convenient neighborhoods with the top quality amenities. You have access to everything the Twin Cities has to offer with an equal commute to either downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis. Walking distance to the Como Conservatory that I regularly volunteer at, the Como golf course, or just a walk around the 1.5 mile beautiful Lake Como! My home is complete with a chef's kitchen complete with fresh herbs, Netflix and Amazon, cable with HBO. The space Free laundry, Netflix, HBO, and wifi. You can use any of the spices and herbs in the kitchen along with all of the cooking/baking appliances/utensils. I'll have breakfast food and condiments available. Let me know if you would like complimentary beverages. I have friends at local breweries and vineyards. Guest access The whole house is available. I have rented the garage to my neighbor this winter, but there are 2 parking spots next to the garage and there's always street parking available.
