Private&sweet patio level apartment downtown W-S

Two bedroom, one bathroom, 1000 sq ft apartment in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Please review our house rules before booking. Tucked away in a funky, tree-lined neighborhood, you can walk to everything, including the BB&T Ball Field, Hanes Theater, Stevens Center, millennium Center, Benton Convention Center, The Children's Museum, Old Salem, a/perture theater, YMCA & all of the restaurants, bars, breweries, food trucks, coffee shops, art studios & more. Sparkling clean. The space The apartment is on the ground floor/patio level abutting our garden. This space has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size Tempurpedic bed. The second bedroom has a full/queen sized bed. The living room has sofa bed that sleeps 1-2. There is an air mattress that can be used to sleep 1-2. There are plenty of sheets, extra blankets and extra pillows. All of our bedding & linens are 100% cotton. We use allergy covers on the mattresses & pillows for extra comfort. Each bedroom has 4 pillows. There is a fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer and dryer. We've got the kitchen basics for you: coffee and tea and cooking supplies & condiments. All of the water in the apartment is filtered and you can drink straight from the tap. The Internet is fast. There is an Amazon fire stick in the apartment. There is *not* cable TV. Guest access The apartment is accessed on the ground level, in the back of the house. As you face the house, to the left of it is a driveway - go on down there, and you'll see the patio and entrance to your apartment. Please park on the street. The entire apartment is for your use. Other things to note If you've got a car, the apartment is 2 blocks from Business 40. Within a ten minute drive you have multiple supermarkets: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Harris Teeter and Food Lion. Wake Forest University and the medical school, Winston Salem State University, Salem College, NC School of the Arts and Forsyth Technical College are all within a ten minute drive or less. Reynolda Village is a ten minute or less drive. There is a market called Washington Perk within walking distance. There are more restaurants, cafes and bars in downtown Winston than we can keep up with, featuring multiple cuisines. There is a bus stop on the corner of the street. We've got a lot of animals and plants - three cats (all tigers) and a garden out back.
