The space This Howie-in-the-Hills home is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a 65' TV in the living room over the beautiful wood burning fireplace. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney +, just use the user called "600"and watch your favorite shows. The spectacular 24-foot-long kitchen has vaulted, exposed wood beam ceilings. The huge windows in the vaulted areas add lots of natural lighting. The back lanai (covered patio) will blow you away! When entering the back lanai that spans 30 feet you are greeted by a serene, landscaped Oasis with beautiful old oak trees, fruit trees a fire pit area and views in the distance of Little Lake Harris. The landscaping creates an amazingly private, secluded, peaceful backyard with just the occasional sounds of birds chirping. You will also have available a ping pong table and a couple of bikes which you can use to get to go explore the area. Please note that my parents live in a small guest house located behind the main house. You will have the main house entirely to yourselves for the duration of your stay. Guest access The only off-limits areas are the guest house and the garage. You will still have lots of parking space on the driveway. Our family lives in the guest house, you will be staying in the Main house. The only areas you will be sharing would be the backyard and the parking spaces. The good thing about this, is if you ever need anything, some extra towels or something, we would be able to accommodate you, being so close to each other. Other things to note ===Septic Tank=== Considering this property is connected to a septic tank, some guests aren't aware of its limitations. All food must be thrown in the trash, not in the sink. This includes oils from butters, cooking oil, fat oil etc. When using the restroom, you may flush toilet paper only into the toilet. Please no wipes, paper towels or tissues, event if it says flushable.
