This two levelled guest house is set in the quiet village of Kingswood and is perfect for accessing the many walks and cycle routes including the famous Box Hill circuit. 5 minutes from Junction 8 and 20 minutes to Gatwick airport it is perfectly situated for discovering the beauty of Surrey, Sussex and London. The space On the ground level, guests will find a very spacious and comfortable lounge, a table for eating or working, a Bluetooth speaker , television with Netflix, board games and a piano. Upstairs there is a super king bed, sofa, free standing bath (with shower head ), toilet, vanity unit, hanging space and a full length mirror. We also have a travel cot if required and a folding bed for a third guest. This can be put upstairs ( for a child guest) or downstairs depending on your requirements. There are towels, soaps and a hairdryer in the bathroom area. For colder evenings we have a second duvet and bedspread should you need it. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property. There are 2 parking spaces directly outside the lodge, and an outdoor seating area which is south facing.
