This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit has been furnished with modern yet coastal furniture and lighting. It is a short walk or bike ride from the beach. The space It is well equipped with the conveniences of home like a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and other cooking and baking supplies. The upstairs master bedroom has a KING bed and a huge remodeled bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two adorable blue upholstered TWIN beds and a large dresser. There is also a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people. The townhouse has 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels. Note that a Sawgrass Country Club membership does not come with the rental. Guests staying more than a month may contact the Country Club and inquire about a temporary membership. But, they DO have access to the private Sawgrass Beach and the community pool (not oceanside) located at 17 South Nine Dr inside the neighborhood.
