Lovely sea front, 1 bed apartment in St Leonards

A spacious, sea front Victorian style basement apartment in St Leonard's. It is perfect for enjoying the seaside atmosphere, with easy access to the beach and pier, and exploring either the quirky streets of St Leonard's or wandering into vibrant Hastings Old Town. The space The living area is a modern designed, open plan space with adjoining sitting room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher but no washing machine. The bedroom is a double room, made up of 2 single beds which can easily be used as a twin. The apartment also has a patio area at the rear, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Guest access Guests have access to all areas within the apartment, with the exception of the second bedroom which is locked for personal use by the Host. There is paid on street parking nearby (there is a map provided in the apartment), but particularly in summer this can get very busy. There are paying car parks also available in St Margaret’s Car Park, Carlisle Parade Car Park and the Pier underground car park which is a 5 minute walk away from the flat. Other things to note Currently we are following a self-check in procedure. As this is a basement flat with steps leading down to the front door, it is unsuitable for people with mobility issues and young children. In addition there are 3 steps in the entrance hall leading to the main part of the flat. Please see photos. The flat is a seafront townhouse so please bear in mind people do live above and you may hear the sound of footsteps and voices sometimes. Equally we respect our neighbours by asking for a quiet time after 11pm. There is a TV with setup with Freeview and the wi-fi code and password are in the flat waiting for you when you arrive. The flat has gas central heating and continuous hot water. It is a NON SMOKING apartment Although I have never charged for small breakages I will have to charge for larger damages.
