Centrally located in a fantastic neighbourhood in Vancouver, this private studio suite is on the ground floor overlooking a beautiful garden. The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, microwave, stove and oven, toaster oven, rice cooker, kitchen cutlery, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, double bed, bed linens, towels, wifi and shared in-suite laundry. As you enter the front door of the suite, there is a small hallway foyer to store your shoes and hang your jackets and an adjoining locked door to the shared laundry room. The bathroom off the hallway is a beautifully renovated spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen area window overlooks a north facing beautiful garden and comes fully equipped. The kitchen leads to reading / living room area with a small desk and comfortable seat and open bookcase which provides for additional kitchen pantry storage. The double bed is facing a west facing window and evergreen tree to the west of the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suite and anywhere on the property. Guest access Private ground floor entance to the studio suite is just a few steps down from the garden level to the suite entrance door with keycode for easy self check-in. The suite is totally self contained with a separate entrance from the garden and is completely separate space from the main house upstairs. Access to a shared laundry room is accessible by a lockable door from the suite hallway foyer and is available to the downstairs suite 2 days per week. Other things to note The fully furnished studio suite has its own private kitchen and private bathroom - not shared. It is completely separate and private with its own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Only the washer and dryer is located in a common shared laundry room accessible from the suite via a lockable door from the suite hallway foyer. The upstairs unit cannot access the suite and vice versa. With wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, starter set of body soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent provided, all you need is to come with your bags packed!
