Serene bedroom & private bath with a private entrance. Room is connected & separate from main house, with many windows. Located in a family neighborhood in west Eugene, 3 blocks from a creek & bike path to downtown. The space Private bedroom and bath with a private entrance. Room is connected but separate from the main house. Large backyard with garden, hammock, and deck. No TV in bedroom. The room keeps pretty cool in the summer, and there is an A/C and we can also provide a fan upon request. 6 windows total, lots of light. Electric wall heater in winter. Room opens onto a deck, which connects to the rest of the house and leads into the backyard. Guest access Private access via side gate of house and walking to back deck. Keyless entry for your convenience. Access is to the private room, its bathroom, the deck, and the backyard. Access to the main family house is not included. Family shares use of the deck and backyard areas. Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out is at 11 AM. If you need an exception, just get in touch with us! Also - Roberto teaches tai-chi as well as tango and/or salsa private dance lessons, from our home studio - if you'd like to schedule a class while you're here, please let us know! $50/hour for one person, $70 for a couple. There is a coffee maker and a small fridge in the room. There is filtered drinking water. Coffee in freezer. There is no TV in room, but there is WiFi for guests. You may see housemates or our dog Delphi in the back yard, we are all friendly. If Delphi barks at you, we will make sure she stops and she'll soon be asking you for cuddles. She's a people person. Apologies for any eye sores in the back yard, we recently started a deck "remodel".
