The ADU sits just behind the main front house and was originally built as a granny flat, but it’s now a completely private space with its own separate entrance. Parking: Please use the designated private parking area in front of the ADU. The garage belongs to the front house, so kindly avoid blocking it or parking in the alley behind the property.
