Studio apartment (22 m2) located in Paris 12th arrondissement, close to transport (Metro 6 and 8 Daumesnil 3 min away), close to all amenities (Supermarkets, restaurants, bars), also 10 min from Bois de Vincennes and 20 min from Gare de Lyon/Bercy. The apartment is composed of a living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, bathroom (toilet) and a mezzanine (ceiling height: 1.90 m) with double bed (160 x 200) and shower upstairs. Sheets, towels and shower gel are provided. The space The appartment is a nice small studio (22m2) with a mezzanine floor. There is a small living room with a couch (it can transform into a bed but it is not very comfy), a kitchen with all the tools (microwave, fridge, pans, kettle, pepper and salt), and toilets. The stairs near the kitchen leads to the mezzanine floor with the queen size bed (160x200 cm) the bed sheets are included (fitted sheets, 2 pillows and 1 blanket with sheets), and a shower (towels, soap and shampoo are included). Other things to note Entry is autonomous, by a key box. Check-in instructions will be sent to you a few days before your check-in :) For any booking after 12/10/2022: I have decided to remove the sofa bed as a bed (the sheets will therefore no longer be made available by default), if you still want to use it, please let me know by message.
