A 50 m2 studio cabin, modern, comfortable and cozy, located a few blocks from the Civic Center. Its unique location allows total tranquility with the convenience of being downtown with walking access to the shopping and dining area, public transportation, and excursions. Admire the garden with specimens of lavender, English roses, hydrangeas, camellias, and rest under the shade of a myrtle tree. Your well-being is our number one concern, so we take all measures to that end. The space It is a fully equipped studio cabin with free private parking located blocks from the city's Civic Center. By prior arrangement, up to 4 guests can stay if there are minors. No more than three adults. You can assemble a king-size bed and sommier with a single bed frame or single beds of a square and a half (tween). We have a crib. Guest access Private garden and free parking inside the property. Pets are only allowed in the front yard and remain under your care if accepted prior to booking. Other things to note In the vicinity there are shops of all kinds (pharmacy, supermarket, laundry, bakery, greengrocer, kiosk, etc.), and 300 m away the gastronomic area with a great variety of restaurants, tea houses, confectioneries, chocolate shops, gyms, etc. Up to 4 guests can stay if needed, but no more than 3 adults.
