Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. In our accommodation, old and new are combined, creating a very nice atmosphere. You actually have the opportunity to be together comfortably everywhere. If someone wants to withdraw, that's fine too. In one bedroom, there is a reading corner with a lamp and, of course, a blanket. Or in the dining room there is also a sitting area. The covered terrace is also great to use in the rain The space You come directly into the kitchen and from there into the dining room. In the dining room there is a seating area that was built from a bed from 1890. I call the dining room "little knight's hall" because it has a rustic atmosphere. From the dining room you can directly access the covered terrace, with a view of the countryside. There is also a charcoal grill and, of course, garden furniture. Upstairs is the living room, which is very bright due to the large windows. The couch simply invites you to relax. It is very comfortable. If you like it even more cuddly, take the blankets provided. The two bedrooms are located on both sides of the living room. If someone wants to relax or read in peace, there is a rocking chair in the large bedroom, of course with a blanket and floor lamp. Guest access Guests have this place to themselves. The laundry room and the courtyard (for parking) are also used by the second vacation home Other things to note Kalenborn is a small idyllic place in the countryside, near Kaisersesch. From the house you can immediately get into nature and you can take hikes from there. Dogs are always very welcome. On request, we also like to fence the terrace and a piece of meadow for our four-legged guests. Many attractions are nearby. The Rhine, Ahr and Mosel wine regions. Cochem is about 15 km away. The Nürburgring is about 17 km away. The Eifelmaare can be reached quickly. Lake Laach with the Maria Laach Abbey is about 20 km away. There are great dream trails and paths throughout the area. There are also some ways to explore volcanism. At Langenfeld there is a visitor mine, at Bendisberg. And much more. There is something for every age
