Two bedroom house is a loft style apartment, perfectly located for quick access to Chelsea & Central London. Just 7 mins walk to Fulham Broadway tube, 4 mins Imperial Wharf Station, 15 mins to Sloane Sq; located in quiet stunning area close to the river, Chelsea Harbour ('Little Monaco') and around 100+ restaurants in a 1 mile radius. 2 Tescos 3 mins away. The double room has ensuite, wardrobe and desk. The property is my home and am offering the whole place and one bedroom while I'm away. The space The residence is a huge 95sqm spread across two floors, in a very bright, airy open plan space. The living area benefits from 10 feet windows which flood the property with natural light from morning until evening. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac end road, so no through traffic, and Imperial Wharf (with train station) itself benefits from very little traffic :). Imperial Wharf is nestled between Chelsea and Fulham, and benefits from being close to the river. Sole use: you will have full use of the property on the dates available in the listing. I also have another listing which will offer the ensuite room when I will be at the property and host. In the living area there is a large 4 seater L-shaped sofa with an additional two seater sofa. There is a 6 seater glass dining table, and a round glass table which is ideal for breakfast, reading and work. TV Projector: There is also a 300 inch TV projector which you can watch TV, and films from your phone (using wireless projection) or I can loan a laptop and provide access to Netflix and Amazon Prime video. Kitchen: There is a large kitchen with plenty of space and you will have two large cupboards for personal use for food and storage. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and you will also benefit from your own fridge for you food and drinks. There is a washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom: Downstairs there is Guest Bathroom, along with a cloak room where you can store shoes and coats. Bedroom: The bedroom is a beautiful double room with ensuite bathroom, with shower. It's furnished with a double bed, there's a large double wardrobe where you can hang clothes, two side tables with lamps, full length mirror and a stylish desk which works as a dresser. You can also have access to a printer (just download software from Canon). Entrance and property: The main entrance is on the ground floor in a quiet residential street close to a secluded residential square of cottages. The apartment entrance is on the first floor, with one flight of stairs. Internally there is one flight of stairs which leads up to two en-suite bedrooms (my room will be locked) and hallway with landing. You'll love staying at my place, you won't find a better location in the area for access to all the best parts :) About me: I work as a marketing consultant for one of the big 4 mobile networks in the UK. I'm from London and know it incredibly well :) I like to go out in Chelsea, love the arts and often travel. Guest access You will have access to the whole property whilst I am away aside from my bedroom which will be locked. The room available for let also has a key lock on it. Other things to note I will be offering the whole property for Airbnb whilst I am away. Car Parking: There is also on street parking directly outside the property. It is a quiet road near a residential square, so you will always be able to find a space. I can also offer you discounted visitor stay permit with notice on request, which will provide you with 50% off the parking rate. Sunday parking and after 6.30pm is free.
