Pleasant rustic villa with pools

Relax and unwind in this quiet place to stay. It's ideal for families. The house has 3 bedrooms, two double beds and two single beds. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying a vacation away from the city, and it comes with a pool. It has a work room, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, one incorporated into the main room. It has a Jacuzzi It is preferably rented for long stays, but also for events. The space The property has private parking where you can easily park the vehicle. Entering on the left is the porch of the villa and on the right the entrance to the house. Once inside the porch there will be a path that will lead directly to the gazebo and the pools and another small outdoor porch of the house itself, which will give access to a third indoor porch and the entrance to the house. Entering the house you will see the living room and the kitchen and in front of two glass doors that give access to the laundry area. On the other hand, there will be the corridor that gives access to the entrance to the kitchen, the main room, with its respective bathroom, the office and the other two rooms that share the second bathroom. Guest access The chalet is located within a property with another small house. The pool area is shared on the property, with the chalet's guests having preference to the gazebo and barbecue area. On the other hand, they are totally independent, sharing only the pool area and the parking lot that is inside the property. A ping pong table is temporarily no longer available. Other things to note -If I'm not there, the keys will be left in a mailbox with a code, which I'll give you upon arrival. -The gate opens manually with the key to enter and works through a switch located on the column, where you can open and close it directly. - Smoking is forbidden inside the house and throwing cigarette butts on the premises. -It is forbidden to allow non-guests to enter the premises without paying the additional guest fee.
