Villa Lietta is the ideal place for a stay of absolute tranquility that can recharge you from daily stress. The host lives inside the villa but in a separate accommodation with its own entrance and garden. The space The host lives in a detached apartment (main apartment) with a separate entrance within the grounds. Exclusive use is granted to a portion of the outdoor spaces. However, the host has the right to access, even without notice, to outdoor spaces whenever they deem it necessary for guest safety, maintenance, or cleaning. The house (annex) consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (two separable single beds), a double bedroom, an internal and external bathroom with a dressing room. Indoor and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, large outdoor dining area, 12m x6 pool available 24 hours a day and solarium with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Other things to note • No events. • It is forbidden to allow guests other than those indicated in the booking and non-paying guests (even non-staying guests) to enter • No photo shoots or film shoots for commercial purposes without asking for consent. • The host lives in a detached apartment with an independent entrance and guarantees the exclusive use of the spaces in full respect of privacy. The host may reserve the right to access the garden areas left for exclusive use where necessary for safety, maintenance or cleaning reasons.
