Villa Lietta is the ideal place for a stay of absolute tranquility that can recharge you from daily stress. It is equipped with a large garden, indoor and outdoor kitchen, pool, dressing room and solarium. All for private and exclusive use of guests. A few minutes by car from the airport and the lively seaside resorts of Capaci and Isola delle Femmine and 20 minutes from the center of Palermo. The host lives inside the villa but in a separate and independent accommodation. Maximum privacy. The space The house (annex) consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (two single beds that can be separated), a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and an outdoor bathroom with a dressing room. Indoor and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, large outdoor dining area, 12m x6 pool available 24 hours a day and solarium with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The host lives in a detached apartment with a separate entrance within the property. An exclusive use is granted to a portion of the outdoor spaces. However, the host has the right to access, even without notice, the outdoor spaces whenever they deem it necessary for the safety of the guests. Pool maintenance or cleaning times are agreed between the host and guests. Other things to note • No events. • No guests outside of those listed in the reservation and not paying (even if not staying) • No photo shoots or film shoots for commercial purposes without asking for consent. • The host lives in a detached apartment with an independent entrance and guarantees the exclusive use of the spaces in full respect of privacy. The host may reserve the right to access the garden areas left for exclusive use where necessary for safety reasons. Pool maintenance or cleaning times are agreed upon with guests.
