Relax & recharge in our fully remodeled Guest House! Enjoy the serenity of the beautiful outdoors, with private entrance, deck & firepit. In spring fall asleep to the sound of frogs croaking in the pond. Birds, deer and bunnies are plentiful. The property has direct access to the tolt pipeline trail, great for walks or mtn biking. Only 10 mins to downtown Duvall & Carnation with numerous shops, restaurants & parks. Easy access to Hwy 2 & I-90, offering hiking & recreational activities. The space Inside you will find a fully appointed Kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, pans, dishes, basic cooking tools, etc.. The bedroom has a queen bed with 4 pillows for sleeping (2 hard and 2 soft) and 2 decorative pillows. The vanity has 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel. The bathroom will has 2 large towels, 2 small towels. The shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The brands may vary. Guest access The Guest House is above our detached garage. The deck overlooks the left half of our 5 acres. Please stay on the left side of the yard except when going to the trail. We can not see the guest house deck from our house or back patio. It is very private! Other things to note Please note: There are stairs up to the entrance. The ceiling in the bedroom is slopped. You will need to watch your head when getting in/ out of bed. The bathroom is through the bedroom.
