Pets up to 20 lbs are welcome. The space Situated in Phoenix's heart, Anasazi Village is a beautiful condominium resort near Stone Creek Golf Course. It offers impeccably kept grounds, five pools with spas, a clubhouse with a party room, a billiards room, and a fitness center. Walking paths span 22-plus acres, creating an oasis feel. Across the street is 'PV REIMAGINED,' featuring a central park amid various dining and retail options. Within 1 mile are Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and many restaurants. EV charging is available for a fee across the street. Guest access The entire condo is for you to enjoy. Guests will have access to all pools, Clubhouse and Fitness room while visiting Anasazi Village Condominiums. Other things to note Other things to Note: 1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $125.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only two pets are allowed per unit. 5. Accidental rental insurance is included in the cleaning fee charge. 6. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
