Cozy studio 50 m from the lake, garden, jacuzzi & saunaIR

Enjoy a unique experience in a charming studio 50 m from a cozy beach with a bar! Nice garden with terrace, small table and Jacuzzi to relax. Studio room with equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine...), bathroom with shower and toilet, possibilities of a sofa bed (2 people) and 1 single bed. Wi-Fi available Ideal for 1-2 respectful people Walking distance to the village of Rolle Paddleboard rental at the beach Sunlighten sauna session, BiochargerNG, bikes on request The space The studio is an integral part of our house but it has its own autonomy. The French window that serves as an entrance to the Terrace locks carefully when you leave. The house is perfectly secure. It is a peaceful place 2 steps from the lake where there is a quiet atmosphere. There is no separate bedroom but a living room with beds (see photo) of 22.5 m2 and the kitchen 10 m2 as well as the bathroom with toilet & shower. The Sauna is located in the Garage and 1 biocharger session per day is to be booked directly with us as well as the Neurovizr. Guest access You have access to the lower terrace, the jacuzzi, the studio (see description above) and the lower garden. You will have a remote control that will allow you to open the large white gate and exit the house. The IR Sauna is available on request once a week at no extra cost for long stays. Other things to note We want to rent primarily to people interested in biohacking or already biohackers, solo-entrepreneurs, digital nomads, friends on benevolent and positive journeys. But we are open to a friendly couple (ideally without children but we can make an exception on request).
