The space This is a one-story home with central air conditioning, fans in every bedroom and the living room, laminate and tile floors, and granite countertops. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, and 2 refrigerators. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, and laundry supplies are provided. The pool house has a mini split to keep it cool or warm as needed. There are bidets installed in the main home. Please note that only natural waste and toilet paper may be flushed in the toilets. Any toilet clogs caused by excessive toilet paper or improper items being flushed will be the responsibility of the guest, and any related repair costs may be charged accordingly. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including: back yard, private pool, hot spa, pool house, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and dining rooms. Please note that the pool is not heated. Other things to note POOL AND HOT SPA RULES: Please note that the swimming pool is not heated. Pool and hot spa are private therefore are unsupervised. Guests are therefore advised to exercise extreme care when using the swimming pool and hot spa facilities and use them at the guests' own risk. The hosts shall be completely held harmless against any and all liability, loss of life and/or property fees and cost of litigation, resulting from any and all swimming pool and hot spa accidents or incidents occurring during the period of your stay. Maintenance of the pool and hot spa will be carried out prior to your check-in. They will also be maintained as required during your stay and you will be notified ahead of time. Swimming Pools and hot spa can be extremely dangerous for unsupervised children and teenagers, as well as adults and seniors swimming alone. Swimming pool accidents can happen to anyone regardless of swimming ability, therefore we require that the following TERMS OF USE are strictly adhered to: TERMS OF USE 1. All children and teenagers, regardless of swimming ability, should be supervised at all times by an adult who can swim and can jump into the pool to assist a child in danger of drowning. 2. The sliding door of the house that opens to the pool area and garden/outdoors must be kept locked at all times when an adult is not present to supervise any children or teenagers in the backyard. 3. Do not leave any toys in the pool when the pool is not in use. Toys are an invitation for children to explore an unattended pool. 4. No running or jumping around the pool area is permitted. 5. No glass items are allowed in or near the pool and spa. 6. For sanitary purposes, we respectfully request that all children who are not fully potty-trained wear swim diapers. 7.
