Modern Viennese Apartment - 15min to city centre

This modern and cosy apartment is perfectly located to explore Vienna. Multiple Bus, Tram and Subway stations are within less than a 10-min walk away, and you will reach important sights, such as St. Stephan Cathedral, Belvedere Palace, Naschmarkt within 20-min or less. The Vienna Central Station with direct access to the airport is just a 12min tram ride away. The space The apartment is in a historic Viennese building from the 1900s back when Vienna was the capital of the large Austrian-Hungarian Empire. The building is currently receiving a facelift including a lift and a communal rooftop. While the apartment is not directly affected the entry area and staircase are not yet as beautiful as we would like them to be. For the inconvenience caused we have adjusted our prices accordingly. Your 45m2 apartment is fully equipped for short- and longer-term stays. It has a generous living room with a couch that can be turned into an extra bed, a separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (with washing machine & dryer) and toilet. Other things to note The apartment comes with all modern amenities such as a Nespresso Machine (the first couple of coffees are on us) a Vinyl player with Bluetooth speakers, Smart-TV, Smart Speakers and of course Wi-Fi. Large sustainable natural fibre mattress (180x200), down pillows and blankets, fresh bed linen (because a good night’s sleep is important), cotton towels (2 per person), toiletries and a hair dryer are included. In addition, each guest will receive a truly Austrian welcome package.
