Beautiful spacious apartment on the 4th floor of a Scandinavian style building. Ceiling to floor windows streams natural light in from both the front and back of the apartment. It's one of the highest buildings on the block, so the view from the bedrooms stretches out over adjacent streets. It also has a huge covered balcony, 125 sq feet, with big sliding doors that make it feel like an extension of the living area. Because the the balcony's roofed you have cover to hang out there year round. The space Entrance. There's a security door into the building. You'll then take the elevator (or stairs) to the 4th floor where you'll be one of only two apartments. Balcony. When you open the outer door of the apartment you'll walk straight onto the huge balcony. Enough space to hang a hammock (which we do), and still have plenty of space to sit and read, and store bicycles. Lounge room / Kitchen Through a big sliding door from the balcony you enter the open plan lounge / dining / kitchen. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to start cooking. The huge dining table can sit up to eight people and is the perfect place to sit and work. And then there's plenty of space left over in the sitting room. Bedrooms. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, blinds, and high quality queen sized beds (Tempuur & Keetsa). Bathroom. The bathroom includes a huge bathtub, and overhanging flexible shower head. In addition there's also a rain shower - you know, why not. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment.
