This home includes a well appointed remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops and all the kitchen supplies needed to cook up that delicious dinner. Feel free to stretch your fingers on our Wm. Knabe & Co. antique, 100 year old square grand piano &/or pick up the acoustic guitar for sing a longs. There is a large deck for dining or leisure. Take in the sweeping surrounding greenbelt views. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS & OUR QUIET HOURS. DECK IS CLOSED AFTER 10:00 PM. A large TV is provided for your enjoyment of all the latest Netflix flix which is mounted above the fireplace and surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating. The entire house is available for you and your groups private use. Master bedroom has a King bed with queen beds in the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a sliding door out to its own private deck with hillside views. The entire house is appointed with luxury features alongside a stylish fit and finish. It is the perfect base for your travels between the wine country and San Francisco! Ample off street parking for vehicles. MAXIMUM 4 VEHICLES AT ANY GIVEN TIME. Wifi is provided. Home is equipped with CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING! Guest access Entire Home is all yours, inside and out. There is ample off street parking for our guests. No street parking allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the House Nest lock Door is up one flight of stairs around the rear of the house. PETS, we do allow for your dog to join for an additional $60 pet fee. Please be sure to list your pet with the guest count. No cats allowed. Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE - IMPORTANT*** Since the Home is in close proximity to neighbors, we ask that guests please be aware of the noise level, especially if outside, after 9:00 pm and early in the morning before 8am. The maximum amount of guests for this home is 8. While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, excessive drinking, loud noise/music or anything causing disturbance to neighbors, are not permitted. If guests are in violation of this property rule, they may be required to leave the premises, Airbnb will be notified and no refunds will be given. Should any situation become unruly or out of control, the police will be called to remove all guests from the property. If you are looking for a “PARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy themselves...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours". Although our home is private, we ask that you please respect our neighbors with keeping the noise level comfortably low on the deck. DECK IS CLOSED FROM 10 PM TO 7:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you.
