Enjoy the serene wooded backyard with fire pit & hot tub or cozy up in the family room with large TV and gas fireplace. This private lower level suite has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. College size refrigerator, small microwave and a Kuerig coffee maker are provided. Sink available in the attached utility room. The utility room ( only if needed) is the only space in the lower level that is a shared space. 30 min to Green Bay or Marinette. 3.5 miles to Oconto City Breakwater park. Your space is completely private, only the utility room would be considered a shared space, as we need to access spa chemicals and empty the dehumidifier. You have the entire lower level and patio area. Please feel free to use the fire pit and hot tub. Normally, we are available for as much interaction as you would like. We have a dedicated lane in the driveway, that will accommodate a truck and boat. The space is not a “room” in a home, it is the complete lower level.
