Winter Retreat with Wiggins Lake Access!

Welcome to Wiggins Lake! Amazing fishing, boating, and relaxation! We are 2 doors down from the public boat launch to 345-acre all-sports Wiggins Lake with plenty of driveway space to bring a boat! After being outside all day, choose to stay home at the fully-stocked cottage to cook meals and enjoy the plethora of games and yard space. There are lots of hiking trails and we are super close to town, too! Fully renovated cottage with all the conveniences you'll need! The space Newly remodeled cottage with a completely open-concept living space. The living room has a 50” mounted smart TV with lots of windows to overlook the woods in the front yard. The kitchen is fully stocked, which will allow you to be able to cook all of your meals at the home if you want. The gas range and fridge are brand new. There is a coffee bar set up with coffee, cream, and sugar provided for your ease. There are two private bedrooms with closets and dressers. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with 2 nightstands. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 set with twin over twin beds and the other with full over full beds. There is enough room to sleep 6 easily. The bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a new bathtub/shower enclosure. There is even a washer and dryer available with laundry supplies to wash all your clothes before you leave, or your bathing suits after a day at the lake! We are situated on a large corner lot (half acre!) that has a bonfire pit in the backyard with firewood up against the shed. There is also a grill in the shed. Enjoy the wrap around patio to soak up the sun. The home is 2 doors down from the public access to Wiggins Lake, a 345 acre all-sports lake. The driveway is HUGE and gives you ample room to bring a boat to trailer on and off the lake. The best part? There is a stand by backup generator so you never have to worry about losing power PLUS high speed Spectrum internet in the event you need to surf the web for work! Guest access The entire home is opened to the guests. There is a barn on property that is not included for use.
