Desirable location close to many attractions! Within walking distance to quality restaurants and shopping in Edgehill Village, Hillsboro Village, and 12 South. Perfect location for parents visiting students of Belmont University or those attending a show at Fisher Center of Performing Arts. The space The space is located above a detached garage and offers a private entrance at the top of the stairs. The primary room includes a queen sized bed, armoire, 2 oversized leather chairs with ottoman, a smart TV, small refrigerator, and vanity with sink. There is a separate bathroom that includes a shower and second sink. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire space above the garage. The detached garage sits behind our home. Guests will enter from a gate into the backyard. The private suite is located at the top of a flight of stairs. Guests are welcome to share our backyard space with us. Free parking available on the street in front of the home. Other things to note We offer an early check in time of 10am and late check out time of 12 noon as standard. We love our neighborhood due to its walkability to wonderful restaurants and shops. We are very close to Belmont University and within walking distance to their Fisher Center for Performing Arts. We are located 2 miles from Downtown Nashville. It is a $8-12 Uber/Lyft ride, depending on time of day. You may also want to explore the city on an electric bike or scooter, which are easy to access from the area.
