Comfortable master suite, private bath in Trolley

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the heart of Trolley Square! There are shops, restaurants, gyms, theaters, coffee shops and more! Blazingly fast internet and desk space for remote workers. Great for tourists and business travelers: close to Downtown Wilmington, Brandywine Park/Zoo, I-95 Ramps, museums and Philly airport. This is a non-smoking environment. Driveway is available for an additional fee. The space The guest room is on the second floor. Queen sized bed with ample closet/drawer space to put your clothes and store your luggage! You have access to a private full sized bathroom. Each room is individually keyed with a deadbolt on the door. We have a doorbell camera monitoring the exterior front door. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room in the unit. Enjoy sitting out on the patio during nice weather or stream on our 55-in TV in the living room. There's a half bath in the basement if you choose to work on the first floor. During your stay We love new people but also understand if you'd prefer to be left alone. Always feel free to contact us by email or text if need anything. We live right down the street and love to host our guests who want to make friends in the area during their time off! Other things to note There is Street Parking, there is a 2 hour limit on weekdays from 8am-6pm but a temporary RPP can be requested (for out of state residents, it is good for 90 days) through the City of Wilmington website. Driveway is available for an additional fee.
