Private room in terraced single-family home with private entrance

Centrally located accommodation. Tram station in the immediate vicinity, shopping and playgrounds within walking distance. 10 minutes to the city by tram. St. Jakob is only a 15-minute walk away, 1 tram station away, about 5-10 minutes. Shower and sink in your own room (basement), toilet on the ground floor. Cross trainer and TV including Netflix available in your own room. Private entrance. The garden can be used for lounging. Smoking is only allowed in the garden (covered). The space The room is located in the basement and is nice and cool in summer, naturally heated in winter. Parking spaces are white zones, so you can park between 7 am - 7 pm, 3 hours with the parking card. Guest access You are also welcome to use the garden. Cooking is not allowed. Let me know if you need any dishes. When we're there, we can also get you a coffee, just ask. During your stay I'd love to give tips and answer any questions you may have.
