There is a small landing outside the door with just enough space to sit and have a cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise. Named after its birdhouse like shape and surrounded by 8 mountain side acres, this space is sure to make you feel at peace. You will have access to the full 360 sq ft space, which is a private apartment located above our detached three car garage. It includes a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom, as well as a small landing at the top of the stairs. In addition you have full access to explore the 8 surrounding acres including two seasonal creeks that pass through the property. Our personal home is next door though we are currently doing a full remodel. We are staying just a couple minutes down the road and can be available to chat or come by if/whenever you need. Fox Hunter Road is the it place to be for people who value the benefits of nature while maintaining quick access to city living. Most houses on this road have private acreage. You will feel the serenity of wilderness while humbly watching the wildlife and still be just a skip away from dinner downtown. We are on a private gravel driveway right off of the main city road. If you have a low riding car that you wouldn't want to drive on gravel, you may want to reconsider your stay. There are three parking space at the entrance of the unit, and additional spaces just down the hill. PLEASE NOTE this property is located at the top of Fox Hunter Mountain. We have a gravel driveway that is somewhat steep in two parts. If you have a low riding car that you would not want to drive briefly over a gravel driveway, you may want to reconsider your stay. You will also have to get up a flight of stairs to access the space. Additionally, this unit is located next door to our personal home which is currently undergoing a full remodel. While we won't be immediately next door, we ensure a quick response to your needs and are staying just minutes down the road while our house is under construction.
