Everything is within walking distance: within 100 m, cinema, parking, pharmacy, restaurants, market... and 5 minutes' walk to the swimming pool, train station... You will have free access to a summer lounge, laundry room and inner courtyard (shared). Nearby: castles, thermal baths, museums... The space Within the "La Porte Jaune" gîte, on the 1st floor, the "Mezzanine sur l'Aude" accommodation (furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars in November 2022) is composed of: - one bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, with new quality bedding + closet with wardrobe and storage - a mezzanine with two 90 x 190 beds - a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2) Large equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and toilet. The shower has recently been replaced with a simple shower (plus the jet shower that is in the photo). The living room with a nice large oval table, sofa, two armchairs and storage, as well as a desk with a rolling chair. Connected to fiber, with an Ethernet network socket directly in the accommodation, to which a Wi-Fi repeater is connected, you will have a top network! You will also have free access to a summer lounge (with sofa, table and chairs, mini gym, music, books and games for adults, teenagers and children), a laundry room (washing machine, clothes rack and dryer, ironing board) and an inner courtyard (shared). Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, which will be entirely reserved for you. The inner courtyard, as well as the summer lounge and laundry room are shared, and may be used by other (potential) tenants. Other things to note During school holidays, bookings are made by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. If there is availability at the last moment (less than 2 weeks), it will be possible to book for shorter periods. Long-term reservations are accepted, up to 90 days. There is no carbon monoxide detector, as it is not useful: everything runs on electricity (no gas, gasoline, wood appliances...).
