Hello and welcome to our one bedroom listing. It is furnished in a modern and contemporary style with light furniture and artwork. Private livingroom, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and garden. The space The living is with a seating area with smart TV (netflix etc), extendable dining table and plenty of space for relaxing evenings and a nice view of the private garden. There is NO option to use the seating area as a second bed. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, chair and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a separate rain shower, sink with storage space, toilet and towel rack. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave/oven (no stove), sink, electric water kettle, coffeemaker and all amenities needed for eating and drinking. Lush private garden with blooming flowers in spring and summer with sitting area. Private parking possibly available. Only on request. (fee applies) Free wifi available. Smoking in the house and in the garden is NOT allowed. This includes, regular sigarettes, vaping, electronic sigarettes, joints or (soft) drugs of any kind etc. The one bedroom unit is accessible via our communal entrance.
