New beach tennis court! Super nice chalet in a quiet area near Pedra Grande. It looks like a country cottage, surrounded by greenery and fresh air, but we're actually inside the city, close to everything! We have a breathtaking view and a sunset that, reflected in the water, makes us appreciate every minute of the opportunities we have! The fire pit is also very nice for those long conversations with wine and guitar! The space The chalet houses 4 adults with all the comfort, with two suites, each with its charms. In addition to the queen-size bed, the superior suite has a very comfortable double sofa bed, which accommodates two additional children or even two adults. It has a breathtaking view and a bathroom that is a charm. Also in the upper suite, there is a workspace with an amazing view for you to admire as you work. The lower suite also has its charm, with a bathroom that will surprise! We have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the upper suite, and a ceiling fan in the lower suite. Soon we will have air conditioning in the second suite! Guests have access to the entire space, as it is not a shared accommodation, and can enjoy the entire garden, the barbecue, pool, pizza oven, and floor fire. We have a full kitchen available to guests, with dishes, glasses, bowls, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker and also a Nespresso coffee maker! Although completely surrounded by greenery, we are inside the city, and you can also choose to enjoy the gastronomy and the hustle and bustle of Alameda Lucas Nogueira Garcez or even order a meal, which quickly arrives at the cottage. We are at the entrance of the trail to Pedra Grande and if you are willing, you can enjoy unforgettable views from up there!! All the energy of the mountain for you to enjoy! Guest access The accommodation is not shared, so guests have the entire chalet at their disposal, including the entire garden, barbecue area, swimming pool, pizza oven, deck with sun loungers and umbrella, and the fire and floor area. Other things to note We recently finished a beach tennis court, exclusively for guest use! Pizzaria Di Napoli and Ursulão Burguer are some of the restaurants that deliver meals here in the neighborhood, but with the pizza oven and natural firewood, making a homemade pizza is a much tastier experience! Now the homemade burger, hmm, that's the one we really recommend ordering!
