3-bed family home near the west highland way

This is our home, perfect for families with young kids with a decent sized garden and equipped with many toys to keep the young un's busy. The house is located within a 15 minute walk from the west highland way or train station into town. It has beautiful walks nearby into mugdock country park and is a short car ride from beautiful lochs and mountains. This is our home and we’d ask you to take good care of it in our absence. The space It has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a pullout 3rd bed Bedroom 3: Double sofa bed and small office space. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There are plenty of toys that you can use but please look after them as they are well loved. There is one bathroom with a bath and a rain shower. The lounge has a TV but we do not have a TV licence. It can be used via a hdmi cable or the chromecast. There is also a log burner but probably not needed this time of year. The kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs though it can be pulled out to seat 6. There is an oven, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, hoover, iron and ironing board. Outside there is a BBQ, 4 seats, a large trampoline and a playhouse. Guest access Guests have access to our whole house.
