This tiny and cozy room was beautifully designed as a guest room in our house— a simple, clean hotel-stylish suit for one person. The room has a private entrance and includes one bedroom and one bath—a comfortable private place for one person. The Ikea bed can be pulled out to make the twin into a queen for a more peaceful sleep. A small fridge, microwave, kettle, TV, and WIFI can make you feel at home. Heat and AC in the unit and general—a quiet neighborhood. Cats may be present in the area. The space The room is private—a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, coffee, and restaurants at the corner. The host lives at the house and can easily be reached in case of any questions or needs. Please inform the host about any allergies before booking the room. Guest access Parking space is available on the sidewalk. Other things to note No smoking. Located 40 min from downtown Philly, 20 min from Doylestown, 30 from New Hope, and 35 min from Trenton Transit Center (train to NY)
