Cozy cottage near the harbor

We rent out our cozy cottage close to the Holbæk ferry with plenty of facilities. The house has a large front garden and a cozy backyard that is a bit "forest-like" overlooking the field. The space The house is small and with a newer kitchen and bathroom. There is a small sleeping area with a double bed (which can be closed off with a sliding door) as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for couples or families with children. In addition, a small chamber that mostly works for storage and laundry, but where a bed can be set up as needed for a single person. The living room has a dining area for four people, a sofa corner and a 42" flat screen with Chromecast. In addition, a JBL speaker where you can stream via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. There are several games such as cards, backgammon and yatzi, which are free to use. New wood-burning stove from 2022, which creates extra coziness in the evening hours - otherwise the house is heated with a heat pump. The kitchen is located in an open extension of the living room and is well equipped with a newer refrigerator, stove and microwave, and everything else you need. You can therefore easily cook here, if some of the island's restaurants are not appealing. Nice bathroom with separate shower and hairdryer. There are three doors in the house, so you are in close contact with the garden and outdoor life in the summer months. In the front garden there is a terrace as well as a covered terrace. There is a fire pit with a grill, as well as a kettle grill, which you can use freely. You can be lucky to see both hares, hedgehogs, pheasants and deer in the garden. We have two bicycles that you can rent for DKK 50 per day + a deposit of DKK 200 per bicycle (settled directly). There is no public transport on Orø, so many walk around or cycle if you are not in a car. The island is small, but it can take a long time to walk, so transportation by bike is perfect.
