A beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and back patio. Quiet area out back in a fenced yard. Includes a prep area and a refrigerator - main kitchen is upstairs and shared with homeowner. Close to ski resorts and city fun 1.5 hrs Keystone 1.75 hrs to Breckenridge 2 hrs to Vail The space I live upstairs with a yellow lab who comes downstairs to go out to the backyard. Laundry and kitchen are available to use by request only. I will be available to meet you and show you the space. Both Hulu and Netflix are available. Guest access Main kitchen - including microwave, coffee pot, stove (Fridge is downstairs in rental space). There is one parking space on drive way. Other things to note Easy access to light rail and downtown Denver, also quick Uber ride to trendy Denver neighborhoods including - Highlands, LoHi, Downtown, Tennyson St, and Olde Town Arvada. Tons of amazing restaurant and cute shops to buy Colorado made items. Also close to Boulder and Golden for great hiking and lots of Breweries to tour!
