You rent 1 charming, newly renovated, quiet room, 15 square meters in size. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with a potential additional guest. The apartment is ideally located: 10-minute walk to the Neckar (beach point with SUP rental), top bus connection to downtown, good gastronomy and sports facilities nearby. The space The room is currently open for long-term stay. You are then a subtenant and have all the obligations that a tenant has. Half a year to a year or even longer.
