The space This spacious 800-square-foot private guest suite features: One bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed Full kitchen with modern appliances Bright living room with natural light Dedicated workspace for remote work or business travel Full bathroom In-suite laundry for guest use The suite also offers direct access from the kitchen to the pool area, along with a seasonal outdoor patio featuring lounge seating and a TV, creating an easy indoor-outdoor experience during warmer months. Seasonal amenities include a pool and hot tub, available during designated months. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the guest suite with no shared living spaces. The suite has a separate entrance and is accessed by a set of stairs leading to the lower level of the home. One locked storage room in the basement is not accessible to guests. Other things to note This private guest suite is located in the lower level of our owner-occupied home. While we respect guest privacy, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps or everyday activity.
