The Lookout is an interior designed hideaway within a historic beach-side building. It's the perfect spot for a getaway weekend, an overnight stay for a De La Warr Pavilion event, exploring the coast or purely to enjoy a distinctive space that invites you to relax. A comfy bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite wet room with modern fixtures - WC, basin, walk-in rainfall shower and handheld. Steps take you up to the mezzanine level with glass balustrading where you can use the coffee machine, fridge and microwave or simply sit and read in this cosy space. Guest access Ground floor entrance and large hallway (shared only with the hosts) with plenty of space for your bikes/paddleboards or beach equipment. From here you have direct access to the private Lookout space. During your stay We're here to help but also to respect your privacy. You can come and go via the shared hall without needing to pass through our living spaces. Other things to note Guest access for the entrance, the hall and the room are all on the ground floor. Please be aware that access to the mezzanine is via steep open tread steps.
