Relaxing place to stay in Dalyston. Central to Bass Coast, Phillip Island, Inverloch and easy access to Wilson's Prom Quiet family friendly suburban location within easy walking distance to a kids playground, footy field, the Bass Hills, and the rail trail. Please book for number staying, bedrooms provided based on guest number. Currently queen beds in bed 1,3 and 4 2 single beds in bed 2 Bed 2 will be locked for <4 guests. Great North facing aspect, open plan & indoor/outdoor connections. The space A quirky geometric design. Open plan living kitchen area, with North facing windows including a large sliding door through to the outdoor area. The garden is a large residential size, splattered with large rocks that kids love to play on and adults love to sit on amongst the trees. (note it can get a bit soaked during Winter) There's office facilities for work stays, with fibre NBN internet, wifi and ethernet, plus a colour laser print/scan/copy. Guest access The whole house is yours to use, if you're staying with 8 guests the whole house is open. if you're staying with 6, we'll set up 6 beds to suit, and the other rooms will be closed. if you're staying with 4, again, the other rooms will be closed, please do not access them The first floor has 3x bedrooms. Bed 1 is the main bedroom with a queen bed, and has an ensuite and walk in robe, there is no toilet in the ensuite, however there is a separate toilet with its own vanity near the door to this room. Bed 2 has 2x single beds, it shares the second first floor bathroom with bed 3, while beds 1 2 and 3 share the separate toilet with its own vanity. If you book for more than 3 guests this room will be available, otherwise it will remain locked. Bed 3 also has a queen bed, and shares the first floor bathroom with Bed2, and shares the same first floor separate toilet with Bed 1, 2, and 3. If you book for 2x couples, using bed 1 and 2 is ideal as that gives you 2x queen beds, plus a bathroom per couple. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on opposite ends of the first floor (extra privacy by distance) The ground floor also has a self contained apartment style bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. this zone can be separated from the main living by a sliding door. it's also friendly to those with mobility problems. Other things to note Some outdoor pets are allowed, however behaviour and clean up are the owners responsibility. Responsible pets may use the garage for their accommodation. Please inform me if you wish to bring a pet, don't automatically assume they're welcome. Please be respectful of the neighbourhood. No partying, or excessive noise. It is a residential area with permanent residents in the area.
