The cottage is a cosy, garden-set retreat on an older, character-filled property. It offers a homely, peaceful stay rather than a modern or hotel-style experience. Located in the upmarket area of Houghton (1 km to Rosebank) and central to everything. The space Exquisite garden and swimming pool to relax and enjoy. The cottage is a stand-alone unit and has a beautiful garden, perfect for couples, singles, and business travelers. The open plan dining and living area is spacious with windows overlooking the garden, it has a flat screen TV from which Netflix can be enjoyed as well as free fast unlimited Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and induction plates. There is a heater for the cooler months and a double electric blanket. Tea and coffee and a snack for breakfast .A queen size bed with good pillows and duvet. Plenty of packing space a comfortable chair and desk with good light to work at. Fully solar powered, so no loadshedding! Guest access Give me a call or text when you arrive at the gate please. Enter through the main gate from the road then park to the left hand side of the driveway in front of the welcome sign. You will be warmly welcomed, given the cottage keys and familiarised with the property. Access to the cottage, is via the path to the left of the house's garage. There is a single safe parking spot inside the property. Street parking is also available. Ubers are usually 2 mins away and easy to use. Close to the Gautrain station and easy access to OR TAMBO airport. Other things to note Serviced weekly for longer stays. Strictly no smoking in the cottage. App Checkers 60Sixty has an awesome quick delivery service for some groceries if needed.
