Restaurants, grocery stores, a neighborhood park, and walking trails are all within a few minutes. The basement apartment has a coffee nook and a newly updated bathroom. With its own private entrance through the garage, this space is a great choice for a seamless and relaxing visit to Blacksburg. The space During your stay you will have private access to the basement apartment room with a key coded entrance through our garage. The interior garage door leads into a hallway, with this bedroom off of the hallway. A linen closet full of extra linens, towels, and blankets as you need is located in the hallway. This clean and stylish space has a newly updated bathroom complete with rain shower faucet head. An in room coffee nook with bar seating is the perfect space to enjoy cup of coffee. This space is perfect for anyone needing a relaxing place to stay in Blacksburg. Guest access Guests may park in front of the right hand garage and have private access to the apartment through the key coded garage. Other things to note Our family lives upstairs so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of small feet. On busier weekends the garage and hallway entrance may be shared with other Airbnb guests as we have two lower level apartments. Your space is still separated by its own key-coded entrance and there are no shared areas (with the exception garage and hallway entrance.)
