Cozy Corners, built in 1945, offers approximately 900 sq. ft. You, my guests, are recipients of the wall verses that I put on the walls while I was living there, before I knew the house's future occupation. Due to my personal life style and choices, I do not provide TV, but I am now offering WiFi. Pets (pet fee applies) and children are welcome, but no additional supplies are provided at this time. A Ring doorbell monitors both outside doors. Come enjoy my favorite home town known as mural city. Though the walls aren't all perfectly straight, they are painted in colors that I carefully chose and applied myself. The master bathroom is small. The floors throughout the house aren't quite level, and in the winter time they get quite chilly. I personally maintain the building and yard. Please notify me if anything needs repair. The house and yard are available to my guests. The neighbors yard (my yard ends about half way between my house and the tan house) is off limits as well as the lean-to garden shed off the back of the home. I am available via phone call, text, or email. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns . I may not respond promptly Sunday 9:00 AM - noon, 6:00 - 9:00 PM, or Wednesday 7:00 - 9:00 PM. This is not a fancy neighborhood, but it is quiet and peacful. One handy man neighbor serviced my push mower and helped me out of my snow filled drive. Another neighbor always looked out for me and gave me gifts whenever she could. Still another shared garden vegetables with me and invited me to a family barbeque. The fourth neighbor on the street never contacted me much, but was always on the look out for me. As long as you stay in Cuba, a lot of things can be done by walking. But if you want to catch Steelville, the floating capitol of MO, or Historic Hermann, you will definitely need a car to drive. Cozy Corners is now monitored by the ring doorbell, but still does not provide TV, infant or child beds, pet supplies, or ash trays. Details and furniture are subject to change with the seasons and as I grow my business and/or find room for more things in my other home.
